使用碳化钨作为刮擦指,精确检测受非常规定义物理形式(如刮、抓、刨削等)破坏的表面磨损情况。

主动检测汽车内、外饰件中平滑、纹路塑料饰件的耐磨性。
基于汽车行业标准技术要求而设计
测试样品固定在压缩空气驱动的检测平台上。五根独立轴杆的刮指,可更换不同的重量和可选择的刮指头,恒定垂直作用在测试样品表面。刮指头安装在坚硬的台架上,操作人员可通过支架使的刮指头固定在平衡位置,从而使宽度不规则的样品也可进行测试。
除了材料和产品的开发,也适用于质量的控制
