TWOR型大功率制动电阻器是专为大功率变频制动单元及其油田钻井电机电阻制动控制系统研制的不锈钢电阻器。该产品由于其负载容量大、体积小、阻值稳定、耐腐蚀、无感抗、接线方便等显著特点，已广泛用于矿用机车、有轨电车的制动系统以及石油钻井变频制动控制系统中.

TWOR type high power brake resistor is a kind of stainless steel resistor which is designed for the high power frequency conversion brake unit and the oil field drilling motor resistance brake control system. The products have large capacity, small volume, stable resistance, non-corrosion, low inductance, convenient wiring. etc, and have been widely used in the braking system of the mine locomotive, the tramcar and the oil drilling platform.

产品结构特点 Structural characteristics

1. 电阻器采用模块化设计，功率可达50kw～10000KW。

2. 采用*的电阻结构，带式电阻片利于散热、表面负荷大，工作时电流分布均匀；电阻片连接采用焊接方式，耐各种冲击振动，电阻片之间采用瓷件隔离，抗震性和绝缘性良好。

3.采用*成熟的加工线，使电阻片的阻值精度控制在±2%内，确保成品满足阻值公差要求。另外，电阻带使用特殊的加强筋方式，使电阻排结构做的比较紧凑，缩小产品尺寸。

4.众诚达制造的电阻，不仅选择高标准材料和器件，而且严格控制各个工序零件质量，确保每台产品都高于标准要求。

5.较大功率电阻众城达器采用强制风冷方式，以保证可靠的散热。附加风压开关及温度传感器，以保证产品的可靠性。

6.产品经过严格的温升、盐雾、耐压等试验，*钻井平台各种恶劣的工况条件。

The resistor banks are separated by porcelain pieces, which have better vibration and insulation.

3. The advanced and mature automatic production lines are used to insure resistance tolerance≤2% .In addition, the special reinforced rib resistance belt can make resistance bank smaller and reduce the size of the product.

4.Teamwill resistor，not only choose the high standard materials and devices, but also strictly control the quality of each production process, ensure higher quality than the standard requirements.

5. The large power resistor will adopt forced air cooling mode to ensure the reliable heat dissipation. And the products install pressure switch and temperature sensor to ensure the reliability of the resistors.

6. All products subject to strict temperature rising test, salt spray test, withstａnd voltage test to ensure working normal in all kinds of bad conditions.
