Transfer surplus electric energy into thermal energy when subways, light rails and tramcars are braking, so as to achieve the purpose of safe electric braking of vehicles.

█ 产品介绍 Product Introduction
1.采用*的电阻结构,带式电阻片利于散热、表面负荷大,工作时电流分布均匀;电阻片连接采用焊接方式,耐各种冲击振动,电阻片之间采用瓷件隔离,抗震性和绝缘性良好。
2.采用*成熟的加工线,使电阻片的阻值精度控制在±2%内,确保成品满足阻值公差要求。另外,电阻带使用特殊的加强筋方式,使电阻排结构做的比较紧凑,缩小产品尺寸。
3.众诚达制造的电阻,不仅选择高标准材料和器件,而且在生产中严格控制各个工序零件质量,确保每台产品都高于标准要求
4.电阻采用双重绝缘结构:1)基本绝缘——电阻片与中间螺杆之间利用瓷件绝缘 2)功能绝缘——中间螺杆、框架与外壳(地)之间利用瓷制绝缘子绝缘
1. The special structure of resistors can improve the heat dissipation capacity, have more surface load and is able to current uniform distribution. The resistor bank are connected by welding, which can endure the various shock and vibration. The resistor banks are separated by porcelain pieces, which have better vibration and insulation.
2. The advanced and mature automatic production lines are used to insure resistance tolerance≤2% .In addition, the special reinforced rib resistance belt can make resistance bank smaller and reduce the size of the product.
3.Teamwill resistors,not only choose the high standard materials and devices, but also strictly control the quality of each production process, ensure higher quality than the standard requirements.
4.The resistors follow to double insulation structure:1) Basic insulation——Porcelain insulation is used between resistance belts and intermediate screw arbor 2) Functional insulation——porcelain insulator insulation is used between intermediate screw arbor and product frame(Earthing).
