ReflX™ 反射物镜经常被用在需要高质量像质的地方,以及在宽带宽上能很好的聚焦的场合。通过选择不同的墨系,Schwarzschild风格的物镜可以展示出近乎衍射极限的性能。通过消除色差和材料吸收,这些元件用在高透射和高分辨率的场合很合适,包括偏振光椭圆率测试仪、照相平板、和半导体检查等场合。
